Metrics are key when prioritizing features and removing bias from decision-making, but sometimes we need to trust our gut. After approximately 22,000+ hours of experience (7 years of tirelessly building products) I’ve become an expert PM who knows how to trust my intuition, check my personal biases, and prioritize features based on stakeholder needs.

I’ve been in leadership and mentoring positions since I was a teenager. I have been trusted to handle multiple mission-critical, time-sensitive projects. I know how to organize blue sky projects into attainable phases. I know that every person I meet can teach me something new. I’ve worked at major corporations with high turnover, and small agencies with little oversight. I’ve managed and built my career on my own, but owe everything to my mentors and teammates who have lifted me up.

I've worked with stakeholders across 21 different countries. Understanding differences in business culture, regulatory requirements, and user behavior has been essential to develop one-size-fits-all products with high global net promoter scores and unanimous buy-in from global c-suite groups.

Both front and back-end development contribute to exceptional user experiences. During ideation I work with research to understand users' UI pain points whilst also analyzing the data architecture to identify any structural causality.

Working with large corporations requires collaborating with many contributors of diverse skill sets. Operating committees, legal counsels, bankers, scientists, operations, salespeople, engineers, designers, and researchers each speak a different language. I’ve learned how to translate my intended message accordingly.
